United StatesWeight distribution on the espresso grinder is lovely; it sits flat and does not tip when you lift the lid. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The knives came genuinely sharp sharp enough that I cut myself being careless on day one. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.
United StatesThe knife block came wrapped in cardboard and paper, no plastic mess. The chef's knife glides through tomatoes without squashing. i keep them out of the dishwasher like the leaflet says.
SpainLa caama que compré para mi labrador es enorme y blandita. Se tumbó en ella naada más sacarla de la caja. Lavable a máquina que era lo que más me imporatba. Cinco estrellws sin dudar.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Marcus @ support
BrazilThe enamel on the glass storage jar has taken a year of metal spoons and has not crazed anywhere. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. I asked a question about heat limits and got a straight technical answer from someone who clearly cooks. I have no criticism at all.
United StatesThey include a printed sheet on seasoning and care rather than pointing you at a video. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The handles on the bamboo chopping board stay cool enough to grab without a cloth, which the listing claimed and I did not believe. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The enamel on the ceramic dinner plate has taken a year of metal spoons and has not crazed anywhere.
United KingdomWeight distribution on the pedal bin is lovely; it sits flat and does not tip when you lift the lid. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The stand mixer has a replaceable gasket and they sell the gaskets separately, which is the whole reason I bought it.
IndiaTwenty four years old, first proper flat, no idea what I needed. The shop had a handy set with a frying pan, saucepan, milk pan and a lid for each. The metal is thick, the handles do not wobble, and the finish cleaned off quickly. Arrived just after lunch. Cooking confidence is up.
BrazilThe duvet cover has proper corner ties and a full-length zip rather than three sad poppers. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rater than thrown in lose. Will order again.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. Warmly, Lucy
IrelandCordierite stone, 33 cm. Preheated in the oven for forty minutes like the leaflet said and my pizza base came out with a crisp bottom for the first time. Do not put it in water, that is the only lesson I learned.
