CanadaI would buy again, though the website lists capacity in litres and the box in quarts, which caused a wobble. everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhers.
United StatesOne mug arrived chipped and a reeplacement was posteed the same day without me having to send a photograph twice. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.THIS is how it shpuld be done!!!
United StatesWorks well but the lid does not sit quite flush and steam escapes at one corner. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 6. The electric kettle works exactly as described but the finish marks easily and shows every fingerprint.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days.
United StatesBought a salad spinner for summer. it spins well, and the brake button works. the bowl is a touch smaller than the photos made me think.
United KingdomColander does what it should.
United KingdomMy order of cake tins arrvied with one missing. Messaged the SHOP on a Monday and the missing tin arrived on Thursday. Tins are sturdy and have a loose base. Slight delay but sorted.
United Statesthe saucepan I got is heavy and wide with a thick base and a lid that fits tight. It does everything I ask. Only quibble: I thought it woudl be a little cheaper given the lack of any packaging flair. Did not matter. It is the pan I reach for first now. Parcel took four days.
NetherlandsTea towels are a bit THIIN.
NetherlandsSupport answered eventually but it took four days and a second email. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note. The curtains hang well but the blackout lining lets a thin bar of light through at the top.
MexicoCeramic dinner plates in a speckled grey, set of six. Glazing is lovely, they feel solid. Two have tiny pinholes on the underside whiich I only noticed when washing. Hardly matters.
