United KingdomPeople never write reviews about silicone spatulas but here I am. Heat resistant to a high temperature, a head that bends but does not collapse, and a one-piece handle so nothing gets stuck inside. I have burned through three cheap ones in two years. These have lasted six months with daily use and still look new. Bought a second set as a gift.
United KingdomThe enamel on the ceramic dinner plate has taken a year of metal spoons and has not crazed anywhere. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The stoneware rings properly when you tap it, no hairline cracks in the batch of eight.
IndiaOne mug arrived chippped and a replacement was posted the same day without me having to send a photograph twice. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Quiet, fast, no plastic smell. Nothing to complain abt.
United KingdomThe duvet cover has proper corner ties and a full-length zip rather than three sad poppers. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Worth every penny.
BelgiumLe coffret de romans fait un très beau cadeau, la reliure est solide. Livraison en trois jours, colis bien emballé. Ça valait le coup d'essayer.
United Statesone mug arrived chipped and a replacement was posted the same day without me having to send a photograph twice. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Lids actually seal. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. After 4 of daily use the non-stick surface still releases an egg with no fat at all. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Faultless.
MalaysiaWe moved house with two small children and zero patience for shopping. I filled one basket with a kettle, a toaster, a set of pans, plates and a bin, picked the Saturday slot, and the lot waaaas at the door at eleven. Every box had a label on the outside saying what was in it, which I did not expect. We were cooking spaghetti that evening. The kettle is still going strong and the pans have survived my husband, which says alot. A real relief during a stressful week.
