Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. They list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, and that one detail has made me stop guessing. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Quietly excellent. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.

sturdy but fiddly to build
good quality overall, although the colour are a shade deeper than the photograph on my screen. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Happy, with one eye on the issue.

happy overall
Comfortable and smart, although it has already bobbled slightly after three wears where my seatbelt crosses. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I ordered and they would not adjust it. The pockets are decorative rather than real, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. I would check the sizing first.

refund took a while
The quality is there, but the shade of navy is much closer to black in daylight than the listing implies... good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. i am pleased with it, though I had to chase the dispatch email for two days before anything moved. i had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. decent for the money, but the stitching at the pocket corners is single-stitched where it ought to be reinforced.

Fits well and washes well, but the pattern is noticeably off-centre at the front seam. Postage was free but the delievery took well over a week on the slow service. The silk scarf is well made and I have worn it a lot, but the buttons have started to loosen and I have tightened two already.
