BrazilFit is spot on, althouuugh the inside seams are overlocked rather than finished and you can feel them against the skin. I was offerd a credit note rather than a refund and had to ask twice for the refund. Solid rather than special.
FranceThe pleated midi skirt is well made and I have worn it a lot but the buttons have started to loosen and I have tightened two already. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away . Comfortable and smart, although it haas already bobbled slightly after three wears where my seatbelt crosses.

United StatesI asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, wich saved me a trip to a depot. The knit has not boobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable.

Everything was correct although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Fabric is excellent the zip is not; it needds two hands and a bit of patiecne. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. A small fix away from five stars.

United StatesThe cut is good and the cloth is good, but one of the buttons was already loose when it arrvied and I had to resew it. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-orderd. Still pleased overall.

PolandThe quilted gilet arrvied in good order but the colour swatch on the website is clearly photographed in brighter light than mine. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. I am pleased with it, though I had to chase the dispatch email for two days before anything moved.
