I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 6. Faultless.

They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols.Will order again.

United StatesNo stiff finish on the fabric , so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. Customer service rang me back when they said THEY would, at the time they said they would. Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. I have no criticism at all lol
BrazilFit is spot on, althouuugh the inside seams are overlocked rather than finished and you can feel them against the skin. I was offerd a credit note rather than a refund and had to ask twice for the refund. Solid rather than special.

Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away . Comfortable and smart, although it haas already bobbled slightly after three wears where my seatbelt crosses.

GreeceThe buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. The wool overcoat arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Better than I expected.
