United StatesHems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. Quietly excellent. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Already ordered a second.
FranceAsked about the drop between chest and waist on the waterproof parka and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The stitching on the corduroy shirt is dense and even, with proper French seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge.
SpainThe knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which kliled the last three jumpers i owned. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Josh @ support
AustraliaThe wide-leg jumpsuit arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Exactly what I hoped for.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Mark and the team
United Kingdomreturns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size i sent back landed in 9. an missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon i reported it. highly recommended
ItalyDormo meglio da quando l'ho preso. Memory foam né troppo duro né troppo morbido.
Appreciate the detail in this review, it genuinely helps other buyers decide. - Ollie (support)
United KingdomColour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the denim jacket on the strength of it. Shall be a regular.
United KingdomThe care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
GermanyThe denim jacket has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. I ordered the pleated midi skirt on a Sunday night and it was hanging in my wardrobe by Tuesday lunchtime. Would buy again tomorrow.
South AfricaHems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. The invouce were attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. I ordered the tailored blazer in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turend out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss
