poor packaging
Parcel came with a crushed box and the necklace tangled up with the earrings. Pieces themselves were mostly fine but one clasp bent. I fixed it, but a gift should not feel like this.

Apologies for the damage on three separate replacements. The fault is our packing, not the courier, and we have redesigned the insert. Yours is refunded in full and I would rather you bought it elsewhere than have a fourth bad experience. — Tom, Operations

Griff zerbrechlich

The strap is proper vegetable-tanned leather…
The strap is proper vegetable-tanned leather and has darkened nicely rather than cracking

The cufflink pair was engraved eaxctly as I…
The cufflink pair was engraved exactly as I typed it, including the slightly odd punctuation, and the depth is even. Order confirmation, dispatch and delievery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The leather watch strap does not catch on knitwear because the setting sits low and the edges are rounded.

too thin
Chain was finer than the photo implies. Looks lovely worn but I'd lose it in the garden.

The tennis bracelet is solid silver throughout…
the tennare bracelet is solid silver thruout rather than plated over brass, and the weight tells you that immediately. returns label was ALREADY in the box, prepaid,,, and the refund landed in 12.
