GermanyThe head torch has a genuine red mode that does not flash white first and ruin your night vision. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The down jacket has replaceable parts and the spare I needed was two pounds rather than twenty. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.
United StatesThe first pair of running shoes I ordered were half a size too small, my fault for not reading the notes. I emailed the shop, and they sent a pre-paid return label straight away. The larger pair arrived four days later and fit nicely. No complicated forms, nobody made me feel silly. Shoes are cushioned but responsive :(
Thank you. If you ever need the care instructions again they are on our site under Care. The team
SingaporeRain jacket passed the first storm.
United KingdomI commute by bicycle through unlit lanes, so I bought a front light, rear light and a reflective vest here. The front beam is wide and brilliant, the rear has a steady and flashing mode, and both charge by cable in a couple of hours. They clip off easily so nobody can nick them from the rack. Drivers give me a wider berth now, I can tell. Parcel arrived the day after I ordered, in a tidy box with a small spare strap that I did not expect. Highly recommended for anyone cycling after dark.
SpainSoy bajita y siempre me sobran los bajos. Estos, en largo corto, me quedan justo. Tela con algo de elasticidad pero firme, nada de esos que se deforman en dos lavados. Ya he pedido otro color.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. - Josh

Finlandracket STRINGS were perfect.
IrelandThe sleeping bag's comfort rating matches reality rather than the limit figure that most shops quote. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on holld. nothing but good things to say.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. - Hannah (support)
