IndiaThe down is traceable and the fill power is stated and verified, with the certificate number on the label. Delivery took 9, exactly as quoted, with an text the evening before. Exactly what I hoped for.
United StatesI asked about the fit for a wide forefoot and they named the two models that suit it and told me to avoid a third they sell. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in.
New ZealandThe cycling helmet dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The swimming goggle pair packs down smaller than the listed dimensions, which never happens. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once.
United StatesOrdered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrvied in 3 with time to try it on. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The waterproof overtrouser has handled chlorine three times a week since January with no clouding and no perished seal.
SpainEficaces y amables.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Rob from the shop team
Swedenapproach shoes for scrambling on wet slabs . the sole is sticky and the toe cap saved me from at lesat one bruised toe. they are stiff enough for edging but comfortable for the walk in. aftee two months of weekend use the stitching hasn't loosened.
United KingdomMy knees are older than I am, so poles help - These are light, locks hold on steep descents & the cork grips are lovely. They fold down to fit in my backpack.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Rob
FranceLe set de couteaux coupe très bien dès la sortie du carton, bon équilibre en main. Le service client a été aimable et réactif. Franchement, je suis ravi.
SwitzerlandI'd never even camped before my partner proposed a hut-to-hut hike in the mountains. We ordered poles, hats, a pair of lightweight boots each and a first aid kit. The shop's blog explained how to choose socks, and I read the sizing notes three times. Four days in, no blisters, no aching shins, and the first aid kit was well organised when I needed a plaster. The boots needed only one short walk to break in. Honestly the shop turned a nervous trip into an unforgettable one.
IrelandReflective detail is in sensible places rather than one token strip on the back of the collar. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. A keeper.
