United KingdomWatch looks nice, the strap holes are too few for my wrist.
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Fran, customer care
SpainThe pearls are knotted individually between each one, which is the detail that makes it last. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The ring band is comfortable on the inside edge cos it is domed rather than flat.
United StatesRotating bzel with an real click, screw-down crown. Wore it snorkelling and nothing leaked.
Canadathe watch came regulated and with the date set, running, which saved an afternoon. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. I asked whether the gold vermeil hoop would suit sensitive ears and they confirmed the posts are solid titanium, which they are!!!
MexicoI wore it showering by mistake. Fine, but the product page says no. Avoid.
Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Regards, Rob
Confortaveis, mas rijos na pirmeira semana. Depois ficam otimos.
IrelandThey repaired a clasp I had broken myself for the cost of the postage. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice.
IrelandThe signet ring has survived two years of my job, which involves my hands in water all day. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.
NorwayBsetilte til svigermor, og hun ble kjempeglad. Pent pakket, og jeg fikk til og med et lite kort med. Det gjorde meg også glad.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Regards, Marcus
Polandbought a pendant with a tiny birthstone for our tenth anniversary. My wife wore it before she even opened the card. Engraving on the back was crisp & correct, including the date I wrote with the wrong format, which the shop double-checked with me by email.
Appreciate the detail in this review, it genuinely helps other buyers decide. Best wishes, Fran
