the bangle has a safety catch as well as the HINGE, which is the only reason i still own it. no handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. hallmarked, as promised. packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. the engraved pendant arrived with a spare set of silicone backs & the screw-back posts tighten properly. i had a query abt vat on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. exactly as described.

The cfuflinks have a proper swivel back that goes through a double cuff without a struggle. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. No green finger. Five stars without hesitation.

Lovely piece, though the clasp is small and awkward to do up alone. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. I am happy with it, but the price went up by a third a month after I bought it. Support answered at eleven at night, which is impressive, with an answer that was not quite right.
