Daniel Wellington sells rings, chains and everyday watches.
SpainThe pearls are knotted individually between each one, which is the detail that makes it last. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The ring band is comfortable on the inside edge cos it is domed rather than flat.
United StatesRotating bzel with an real click, screw-down crown. Wore it snorkelling and nothing leaked.
Canadathe watch came regulated and with the date set, running, which saved an afternoon. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. I asked whether the gold vermeil hoop would suit sensitive ears and they confirmed the posts are solid titanium, which they are!!!
IrelandThey repaired a clasp I had broken myself for the cost of the postage. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice.
IrelandThe signet ring has survived two years of my job, which involves my hands in water all day. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.
NorwayBsetilte til svigermor, og hun ble kjempeglad. Pent pakket, og jeg fikk til og med et lite kort med. Det gjorde meg også glad.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Regards, Marcus
Polandbought a pendant with a tiny birthstone for our tenth anniversary. My wife wore it before she even opened the card. Engraving on the back was crisp & correct, including the date I wrote with the wrong format, which the shop double-checked with me by email.
Appreciate the detail in this review, it genuinely helps other buyers decide. Best wishes, Fran
United Statesthe bangle has a safety catch as well as the HINGE, which is the only reason i still own it. no handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. hallmarked, as promised. packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. the engraved pendant arrived with a spare set of silicone backs & the screw-back posts tighten properly. i had a query abt vat on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. exactly as described.
United StatesThe cfuflinks have a proper swivel back that goes through a double cuff without a struggle. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. No green finger. Five stars without hesitation.
