Crystallised ginger, soft, hot, rolled in sugar. i'm using it in baking and also just eating it at my desk.

ive ordered four times since the spring: tinned fish , a few pastas, jam. Everything has matched the descriptions, and the one time something was out of stock they emailed before dispatch with a swap that cost less . That kind of honesty keeps me coming back.
