Fruit box arrived with half the strawberries mouldy and the peaches rock hard. i took photos. The reply said it's normal for the srason, which it absolutely isn't. i eventually got a partial reefund after complaining twice, but the whole thing took a fortnight and ruined the picnic i'd planned.
