AustriaThe accoount manager is the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains abt. The link building programme has an audit log, so i can see who changed a setting and when. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier.

United KingdomOur cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show which changes drove it. Billing is a single invoice with the LINE items matching the contract, whiich sounds trivial and is not. Long may it continue. We have expanded the contract.
South AfricaThe account manager is powerful and the learning curve meant only two of our five users actually use it. Pleased overall, but we had to chase the first report and it arrived 4 late. Would recommend with caveats

ItalyThe campaign strategy document lets me schedule a report to a distribution list, which has removed a standing job from my week. The training session has never lost data, never surprised us w/ a price rise, and never needed a workaround. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffid for 5 before it recovered above where it started. They flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging.
