United KingdomThey answered a sizing qeury with a clear table and a quick reply. Boots fit well. One star missed for the box ariving with a dent.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. Warmly, Amira
CanadaGlue smelll for the first couple of days, then aired out.
GermanyThe deck shoes are smart and the sole are glued rather than stitched, so they cannot be resoled. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. The trainers are good and the laces are far too short to tie comfortably. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note. I am happy with them, but the eyelets have already dulled from brass to grey.
SwedenSecond pair of the same.. Sightly different shde from the first.
Mexicothe heel tabs are a bit sitff.
Francei'd say order smaller. Returned and swapped without issue .
United StatesTook about ten days to arrive, but they emailed to say there waaaas a delay and the boots are fine. Sole is thick and the leather smells great.

ItalyThe leather is lovely and scuffs easily at the toe. No dispatch emaio, so the pqrcel turning up was a surprise. Fine for the price.
