I have put the ballet flats through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The ballet flats arrived within 4 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given w/ leather. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The canvas trainers are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. Faultless.

The wool slippers arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The leather ankle boots are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. The whole thing were straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.

Slippers have a proper rubber sole so I can take the bins out in them. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. The ballet flats do not slip on wet tile, which the listijg claimed and I tested nervously on a station floor. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Pleased I took the chance. .
