eh, scooter wobble

Scooter was easy to put together and my son enjoys it. But the folding joint has a small wobble that worries me when he picks up speed. I tightened every bolt and it persists. The shop suggested a shim they could send and im waiting for it. Not dangerous yet, but not rock solid.
