NorwayBlocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each othr. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, wich I had aaxked about before ordering. The night light is genuinely dim at its lowest setting and holds that setting overnight.
United KingdomI asked about the gap width on the stair gate foooor a narrow hallway and they sent the extension kit free Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 8. Fabric is certified free of harmful substances and the test number is on the swing tag.
Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. Warmly, Anna
Wasbeurt overleefd zonder krimpen.
Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us. - Ellie
MalaysiaThe nappy bag meets the British safety standard and the certificate number is printed on the label, not just claimed on the website. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds
Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. - Nina
United StatesThe lightweight pushchair has no loose parts, no small magnets and no paint that comes oooff in a mouth. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The muslin square pack fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, wich I measured before and after. No notes.
United Kingdomi have used the cot mattress for two babies and the straps still adjust smoothly with no fraying. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. I bought a second the stair gate for the grandparents because the first has been so good!!!!
United StatesThe carrier supports a hip-healthy position and they link the actual institute's certification. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The steriliser cycle is six minutes and it actually is six minutes. Keep doing what you are doing.
United KingdomThe ride-on has no batteries, no noise & no flashing lights, which is exactly why I chose it. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The lightweight pushchair wipes clean in one pass and there are no seams for food to get trapped in. The invoice were attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.
United KingdomThe cover unzips and washes at sixty, which with a reflux baby is the only specification that matters. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Genuinely plsd.
Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. Regards, Josh
