Irelandfelt like a proper purchase
ottoman storage bench for the end of my bed. The lid lifts on hinges that do not slam and the padded top is firm enough to sit on while putting on shoes. I filled it with spare bedding straight away. Colour a bit lighter than the photo, still lovely.

they swapped a damaged side pajel within 12 and the driver took the old one away. the driver waited while i checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. the wardrobe came assembled apart from the legs,, which screwed in by hand.

The bed frame took three weeks, longer than the page said, and the shop emailed twice to explain the delay... it was a pleasant exchange. frame is strong and has no squeaks and the headboard is padded nicely.

The bookcase has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. They emailed a one-hour delievery window the morning of and hit it. No creaks. Delivery took 10, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Cushion covers unzip and have been washed twice with no shrinkage or colour loss.

The seat is soft and the colour gorgeous, a dusty rose. After a month I noticed a loose thread near the piping. I clipped it carefully and it was fine. I would buy it again, perhaps check the stitching on arrival.
