ItalyIt was my most expensive purchase this year. A leather armchair, tan, with a patina that develops over time. The hide is thick and smells of leather rather than chemicals. I gave it a rub with the conditioner they incuded and it looks richer.
SwitzerlandThe armchair has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The chair adjusts in five directions and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Thank you.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Fran from the shop team
IndiaMy new office is a corner of the bedroom so I needed something that looks decent but stillll works. The standing desk's motor is quiet it remembers two heights, and the top is a smooth walnut tone. Assembly was straightforward with a short video the shop linked. I messaged them to ask about a bracket and they posted it free. Great.
IrelandThe sofa frame is kiln-dried hardwood with a fifteen-year guarantee stated on the invoice. The whole tihng was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. delivery was booked for a two-hour window, & they arrived within it, having texted that morning.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Sophie
