They gave me the actual lead time, eleven weeks, up front, and delivered in ten. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 2. I ordered the extending dining set with a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly. Keep doing what you are doing.

Indiathe story of the table
We had a table in the family for sixty years until it finally gave up. We needed a replacement that woudl suit a long narrow dining room and still seat eight at Christmas. The shop sent a swatch of the wood finish free and I phoned twice with silly questions about leaf extensions. Each time the person on the line was patient. The table has an extension leaf that stores inside so the whole thing slides open with no struggling. Our first big dinner was a hit. My sister ran her hand along it twice and asked wheere it came from. I am confident it will last another sixty years.

Hello Mikkel, Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Ollie and the team

La crema hidratante tiene una textura ligera y se absorbe enseguida. Mi piel seca lo agradece.

The extending dining set arrived in four boxes, all undamaged, and the instructions are a printed booklet with named parts.

The shoe storage bench has an repairable mechanism and they sell the gas lift, as a spare part. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back on trust . The mattress has a proper sewn border rather than a glued one and the edge has not collapsed.

Spainnervous first-time flat owner
I had never built flat pack in my life and was dreading the wardrobe. The instructions were printed large with a photo for each step and every screw was bagged and labelled by number. It took me two evenings but it stands straight and the doors close properly. Pleased with myself.

CanadaJoli vase
