TürkiyeDrawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The sprung mattress is heavy enough that it does not shift, when you lean on it, which cheap versions aways do. Genuinely plsd.
SingaporeThe sprung mattress arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Exactly what I hoped for
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. - Katie
