Support sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 10.

Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.

United StatesWould buy again tomorrow
The bookcase has an solid back panel w/ fixings into the uprights, so it holds real books rather than ornaments. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Would buy again tomorrow!

The mattress has a proper sewn border rather than a glued one, and the edge has not collapsed. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Drawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Nothing abt this felt like a compromise for the price. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed.

Le cuffie vannno bene per il prezzo. Suono pulito, bassi migliorabili. Comode per ore.

Francebed frame squeaks
Every time I turn over, creqk. I tightened every bolt, even added felt strips between slats, and still cannot sleep without noise. A bed should not complain about being slept on. Support suggested the same fixes I had done already.

I am very sorry. Your parcel was scanned at the wrong depot and sat there for a fortnight. A replacement went out today by courier and we have refunded the postage. — Priya, Customer Care Mark from the shop team

IndiaNothing to complain about
Drawers run on proper soft-cloose runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The sofa frame is kiln-dried hardwood with a fifteen-year guarantee stated on the invoice. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate,, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Nothing to complain about.
