wrong item and a runaround

I ordered a 20 metre hose but got a 10 metre one. I contacted them straight away and the exhange began with a request to prove my order numer, then a request to return the wrong item first, at my cost. Two weeks later the correct hose arrived. By then the weather had turned and I did not need it. I rate the product itself fine, the process poor.

Lucas, thank you. Apologies for the cancelled delivery. The slot was double-booked by our haulier and nobody told you. We have refunded the delivery charge and rebooked for Saturday with a named driver. — Hannah, Logistics Regards, Karl
