United Kingdomthe rattan is properly UV-stabilised and the cushions have a removable, washable cover. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The planter has a proper liner, and drainage holes already drilled in sensible places. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Bought one for my sister too.
CzechiaPohodlné, jen první týden mě tlačily na patě. Teď jsou rozchozené. Vzal jsem o půl čísla víc a bylo to správně.
Irelandthe telescopic pruner is galvanised rather than painted, so the scratches from a strimmer have not turned intoo rust. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Very happy customer .
United StatesThe climber arrived with a few brown leaves after the journey. i cut them off, watreed it, and it perked up in a week. healthy roots, good packing in damp paper.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days. Thanks again, Greg
ItalyCracked pot on arrival.
United KingdomThe big bag of potting mix grew my seedlings well, but I fished out a few stones and bits of bark. Fair for the price. Support offered a discount code when I mentioned it.
South AfricaHand trowel with a stainless blade, cherry wood handle, and a hanging loop. Sounds trivial but it makes planting a pleasure. Held up to rocky soil.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. Hannah from the shop team
South AfricaWooden pergola kit, 3 by 3 metres, with posts that arrived pre-treated. We needed a weekend and three friends. It is now draped with a vine and gives us shade for the table. The sides are square and the joints did not need any fiddling. A bit of glue on a split but otherwise perfect.
IndiaLog store in galvanised steel with a roof. We stack two weeks of wood under it and the logs are dry. Took ten minutes to bolt together.
United KingdomSupport answered a question about shelving load ratings with an actual figure in kilograms per shelf. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The bench arrived assembled apart from the legs and the pre-drilled holes lined up exactly.
Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. Fran @ support
