The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box w/ no adjustment. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The index card box has survived a year in a rucksack, and the cover corners have not frayed. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Would buy again tomorrow.
