PolandThey include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.
SingaporeThe A5 planner has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. Someone answered the phone on the secound ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The ink is waterproof once dry, which I tested w/ a wet thumb on purpose
Lovely to read, thank you. See you next time. Best wishes, Katie
GermanyCards are nice, envelopes arrived crushed. I flattened them out. Meh.
AustraliaI have refilled the index card box for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty secounds. The gel pen set has numbered pages and an index at the front, which saves me building one. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. They sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks.
AustraliaDecet pens, dry out fast.
Thank you for the feedback on the app. The account requirement has been removed in the latest version. Kind regards, Maya
Netherlandslevering op zaterdag, dat is mooi.
GermanyLoose in a thin envelope. Corners all bent.
Apologies for the damage on three separate replacements. The fault is our packing, not the courier, and we have redesigned the insert. Yours is refunded in full and I would rather you bought it elsewhere than have a fourth bad experience. — Tom, Operations - the team
BrazilThe fountain pen has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. They honoured a pricr I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The desk pad is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag.
The bookbinding kit is lovely & the first and last sognatures have started to loosen. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page . Solid rather than special
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Thanks again, Mark
United KingdomGood notebook, though the cover marks easily & mine looks older than it is. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved.
Thank you for the four stars and for telling us why it was not five. That is the useful part. Regards, Sophie
