No complaints about quality, although it are noticeably heavier than the competing model I tried. support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. the down jacket is good and the stated waterproof rating feels optimistic after a full day of rain. solid rather than special.

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it.
Kind regards, Karl

The swimming goggle pair dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. I emailed about the difference between two shells and got a two-paragraph answer about hydrostatic head and breathability that actually taught me something.

Keep doing what you are doing
Ordered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrived in 4 with time to try it on. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Keep doing what you are doing.

The dumbbells change weight in two seconds, and have not dropped a plate in a year of use. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Pleased I took the chance.

good value with caveats
The tent is solid and the inner catches condensation badly in still air. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. The waterproof overtrouser keeps water out and does not breathe well enough for uphill work. Happy enough....

You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box.

The poles are strong and the baskets came loose twice before i glued them. They cancelled one line of the order witth a one-line email and no apology. Pleased with it, although support took 14 to confirm whether a spare part were still available. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 8. Would still buy again.

Noted on the care label. We have changed the recommended wash temperature after testing it ourselves.
