Reflective detail is in sensible places rather than one token strip on the back of the collar. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Poles lock under load with a simple lever rather than a twist mechanism that slips . Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.

Italyfits as DESCRIBED
Running tights are warm and the pocket holds my phone without bouncing. I lost a star because the waistband curls over after washing. Support offered tips for care.

Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. - Rosie (support)

United Kingdomball is good but bounces high
The basketball has excellent grip and a satisfying feel, it's a proepr indoor ball. It does bounce quite lively on our outdoor court, which took the kids a day to adjust to. They like it. i've deducted a star because the first ball arrived underinflated and the valve leaked. the shop sent a second one and now all is fine.

Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. Rosie, customer care

The head torch weighs within ten grams of the stated figure on my own kitchen scales. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Support replaced a cracked buckle out of warranty because they agreed it should not have cracked. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 10. I have had three pairs of the cycling helmet now and the fit has been identical across all three, which matters more than anything else.

United Kingdomgreat headlamp
Headlamp is bright with a decent beam spread and a red setting that preserves night vision. The strap is a bit short for a helmet, but a longer one is easy to find.

South Africahappy with hiking boots
I've broken these in on six hikes and they are comfortable on rocky trails. the waterproofing worked through a creek crossing. Laces are a bit long, so I double knot. they're slightly heavy, but supportive. delivery took three days.

United Statesbike lock
Sturdy chain lock that fits my frame and a post. It's heavy, but you expect that. Keys come as a set of three which was a nice touch. Colour is slightly different from the picture.

grip are very good on wet rock and wears quickly on tarmac. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. I would order again, cautiously lol

SwedenBetter than I expected
Support replaced a cracked buckle out of warranty because they agreed it should not have cracked. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven and they did. The merino base layer has proper articulated knees so it does not ride up when you scramble. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. Better than I expected.
