The engraving is slightly off-centre, but readable. I wrote to ask and they apologised, offered re-engraving at cost. I declined. The pendant is pretty.

I have a collection of gemstone rings and this one is my favourite. The tourmaline has a real pink glow, not washed out, and the setting is low enough that it doesn't catch on sleeves. I also appreciated the careful, accurate carat weight and the free reesize. The only hiccup was a delay at the courier depot but the shop emailed me before I had to ask.

It looks like it cost three times the price. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The watch has kept to within four seconds a day over a month on the wrist, which for a mechanical movement is excellent. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The engraved pendant is solid silver throughout rather than plated over brasss,and the weight tells you that immediatly. A keeper.

The stones are set in proper claws rather than glued into a channel, and none has moved. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The clasp on the chain is a proper bolt ring with a soldered jump ring rather than a bent loop.
