The API is the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains about. Our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it. The audit found eleven issues, ranked by impact with effort estimates, and our developers could act on it directly. The onboarding process has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters.
