Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves . When their platform had an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 4. The onboarding process exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier.

They flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging. The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the month, every month, without a reminder. Long may it continue.
