United KingdomThe stair gate fits but the pressure fittings mark the paintwork. Delivery took 7 rather than the two to three days quoted at checkout. Pleased overall, although support took 5 to confirm that a spare strap was available.
Thanks for your patience on the refund. Our processing now runs daily rather than weekly. Kind regards, Ollie
GermanyDie Vase sieht in echt schoner aus als auf dem Foto und ist sauber verarbeitet. Der Kundendienst war freundlich und schnell
Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. Rob, customer care
SwitzerlandWe ordered a set of safety guards for a bunk bed. They fit well and feel secure, and my son can't roll out. Installation needed two people and a lot of patience as the instructions were short. The shop's support talked me through the tricky bracket over the phone, which was kind. One star off only for the confusing instructions.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Callum
CanadaThe muslin square pack works well; the straps, however, are awkward to adjust once the child is in it. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first.
United StatesSnack cup with a lid that stops the spills, mostly. If you shake it hard, a few crumbs get out. Toddler is happy and it's dishwasher safe.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Mark and the team
Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Beth @ support
IndiaDoes the job well enough.
IndiaBaby bath with a stand fits our tiny bathroom. Drain plug works well the stand feels stable. The padded insert is thin so I added a folded towel for comfort.

CanadaThe playmat is cosy and thick, with a nice print the baby stares at. I thought it'd be bigger though. It's about the size of two bath towels. Fine for tummy time, not enougb room for toys and a sibling at the same time. The mat wipes clean easily, and im glad it has no smell.
United StatesToddler backpack with a safety harness strap.Size is perfect for her little shoulders. The harness clip is a bit stiff for me to operate but she doesnt notice.
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. The team
