South AfricaOur second child hated napping and screamed in the car seat during any journey. I read about an white noise machine and orderd one here, plus a sun shade for the car window. The machine has a gentle rain setting that works wonders. By day three she was dozing off in the car, and by the end of the week she napped regularly. The sunshade has a good hold and a neat folded pouch. I wish I'd bought both earlier.
United StatesGood toy loses interrest fast!
Greg, thank you. You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. Marcus
United StatesCatches everything, wipes cean

United KingdomThe stair gate fits but the pressure fittings mark the paintwork. Delivery took 7 rather than the two to three days quoted at checkout. Pleased overall, although support took 5 to confirm that a spare strap was available.
Thanks for your patience on the refund. Our processing now runs daily rather than weekly. Kind regards, Ollie
Canadawe found out late that our baby woudl arrive early, so I needed a nursery in a rush, I ordered a cot, mattress , changing unit, wardrobe organisers and a rocking chair from the shop. I wrote asking whether everything could arrive within a week, and the owner replied personally and split the shipments so each piece arrived on a different day, clearly marked. Assembly was straightforward and everything is solid. Our baby came home two days after the last box was built. I cried a little when I saw the finished room, and I am very thankful to the shop for the extra effort. Quality is excellent and nothing smelled of fumes....
United StatesCompact stroller for travelling. It folds with one hand, slips into overhead lockers and has a good canopy. We've used it on cobbled streets, on trains and in shops, and the wheels cope. The basket is deep enough for a nappy bag and the harness is simple to adjust. The shop answered my pre-purchase question about weight limits promptly and honestly.
ItalyMi hanno addebitato l'ordine due volte e il secondo importo non è ancora stato restituito.
I am very sorry. Your parcel was scanned at the wrong depot and sat there for a fortnight. A replacement went out today by courier and we have refunded the postage. — Priya, Customer Care Josh
Belgiumthe steriliser cycle is six minutes and it actually is six minutes. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The wooden stacking block set folds one-handed while holding an baby, which is the only claim I actually tested in the shop doorway.
CanadaPack of ten muslin squares, soft after a wash and big enough to use as a cover. They're my everyday burp cloths now.
