GermanyMy dad's retirement present
Fountain pen with a set of ink cartridges and a note on how to hold it. He had never used one. He's now writing postcards to everyone.

The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Better than I expected.

United Kingdomperfect planner
Weekly layout with room for notes. Pages are smooth and the elastic band still holds after months.

SwedenBook arrived in perfect nick
Hardback art book, heavy, nicely printed. The shop included a bookplate and a tiny bar of chocolate.

GermanySchlechte Erfahrung
das Spielzeug war am zweiten Tag kaputt und die Batterien halten nicht. Am Ende musste ich mich selbst um alles kümmern. Wirklich enttäuschend !

Apologies for the leak. Those bottles were packed upright in a box designed for them to lie flat. We have changed the box, replaced your order and refunded the items it ruined. — Ben, Dispatch Josh

United Kingdombullet journal heaven
Dotted pages, numbered, with an index at the front. The covers are sturdy enough to survive my bag. I've filled four of these now, and there's no ghosting at all, even with markers.

The calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. i have no criticism at all.

Australiaok but flimsy
Folder tabs bend afer a few uses. Fine for light use, wouldn't trust it with a binder full of papers.
