MalaysiaThe paperback box set arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it.
United StatesBookmark thrown in free. It's actually pretty.
SwedenBought three crime novels from a seller's list. All clean, one with an inscription inside the cover that made me smile. Postage was lower than I expected.
United KingdomCalendar arrived quickly, images beautiful, grid a bit tight for notes.
United KingdomThe notebook looked soft and leathery. In person it's plastic w/ a printed pattern. It's usable, but it's not what I thought I was buying.
This is on us. The item was packed by a temporary member of staff on their first day without a final check. Your refund was processed this morning and I have rewritten the packing checklist. — Tom, Operations The team

United StatesMy friend loved it. Wrapped with brown paper and a sprig of dried lavender.
DenmarkThe paperback box set arrived within 8, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delighted.
IndiaSchool supplies sorted in one go, lavelled per child. Saved a Saturday of shop queues.
