United Kingdomthe leather pencil case takes a wet fountain pen with no bleed through and no feathering, which is the only thing I care about. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
United StatesThe leather pencil case has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The leather pencil case is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Bought one for my sister too.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Thanks again, Dan
United KingdomNo smudging, no skipping
CzechiaNo ghosting at all.
Germanywriting a first draft loooonghand and these notebooks make me want to keep going
Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Katie and the team
Spainsupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty cos it was clearly a moluding flaw. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The bookbinding kit has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door.
Germanyi needed a whole shelf of reference books for my new office ordered from the list in one go. shop emailed to say one title was delayed and offered to ship the rest straight away so i didnt have to waait. rest turned up in a neat box all brand new and the missing one followed a few days later!!!
AustriaThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
FranceBeautiful object, daily use.
