The canvas trainers arrived in good order with a small glue mark at the welt. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. I would order again, cautiously.

Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. - Rob

United StatesGreat for flat feet
the built-in arch is firm but not a brick. My back pain went down within two weeks of wearing them to work

The waterproof boots kept my feet dry through a day of wet grass w/ no gaiter. someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. the sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. a missing item from a large odrer was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.

IrelandSizing support were brilliant
I sent an photo of my foot outline on paper, and someone advised me, kindly, to go w/ a half size up. Fit is perfect. id have guessed wrong without them.

United Statesfantastic customer care
One of my boots had a tiny scuff on arrival. i sent a photo and they replied with a coupon and offered a replacement. i kept the pair as the scuff is hidden by the lace. i appreciate that they offered rather than made me beg lol
