The linen shirt has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. The pacakging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling!

The waterproof parka has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not.

Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The silk scarf came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, wich is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.

The clolar on the tailored blazer holds its shape AFTER washing becuase there is a proper fused interlining in there. nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose.
