I ordered the linen shirt in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The tailored blazer has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Will order again.

Good, honest clothing, but the returns window…

Good, honest clothing, but the returns window is fourteen days, which is tight if you order ahead of a trip. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. I would give five stars if the inside label did not itch so much that I cut it out on day one.

four stars for the postage

good quality overall, although the colour is a shade deeper than the photograph on my screen. support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. the cut is good and the cloth is good, but one of the buttons were already loose when it arrived and i had to resew it!!

The denim jacket arrvied pressed and folded in tissue, and the shouldeeer seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost .

i bought the cotton poplin dress for a wedding with nine days to spare and it arrived in 2, so the panic were unnecessary. Email support answered in full on the first reply instad of asking three questions first. Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Already ordered a second.

i am 5'3" and the petite length on the corduroy shirt meant no hemming, wich has never happened to me online before. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Thare is how it should be done
