the lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise chrge at the door. i asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch aftr a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. they noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. delivery took 2, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before.

Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. Exactly as described.

the tailored blazer has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer i was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable - delievery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. i orderd the ribbed knit jumper in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. exactly what i hoped for.

I have recommemded them to four colleagues & two have since ordered the wide-leg jumpsuit on the strength of it. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, & there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket. I have no criticism at all.

The collar on the ribbed knit jumper holds its shape after washing becuase there is a proper fused interlining in there. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Five stars without hesitation.
