They list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, and that one detail has made me stop guessing. Packed well enough that the box coullld have been kicked down a flight off stairs. Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Washed the wide-leg jumpsuit at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure.

Zip runs smotohly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The knit has not bobbled wehre my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. Very happy customer.

asked about the drop between chest and waist on the wide-leg jumpsuit and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes wtihin the hour. tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 10. they sent a swatch card free when i asked wich of two shades woudl sit better with navy. nothing to complain about

I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the merino cardigan on the strength of it.. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The stitching on the cotton poplin dress is dense and even, with proper French seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening.

Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; theee mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige.. They noticed I had orderd a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping!!!
