Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I am 5'3" and the petite length on the jersey t-shirt three-pack meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before.

Washed the denim jacket at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The wide-leg jumpsuit came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. A keeper.

I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the corduroy shirt is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I am 5'3" and the petite length on the tailored blazer meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before. A rare good experience.

I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot, and it went out the same evening. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. I have no criticism at all.

The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the corduroy shirt is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back.

They sent a swatch card free when I asked which of two shades would sit better with navy. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The silk scarf has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable.

I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the merino cardigan on the strength of it. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, wich is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in.
