The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.

The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out bwige. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Pleased I took the chance.

The collar on the quilted gilet holds its shape after washing becuase there is a proper fused interlining in there. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Returns label was already in the box, PREPAID, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 12.
