United KingdomDelivery was booked for a two-hour window and they arrived within it having texted that morning Packed well enough thaaaat the booox could have been kikced down a flight of stairs. The armchair has a repairable mechanism and they sell the gas lift as a spare part.
United KingdomChair leg snapped while I was sitting. Luckily I was unhurt, but it was alarming. Asked for a refund and they wanted me to pay for return carriage of a broken chair. Not good enough for a safety matter.
United Kingdommy ceiling is high and I wanted shelves to match. This one is 200 cm tall, comes with a wall fixing and the shelves are adjustable. Holds all my old paperbacks.
United StatesAppreciated the call the evening before to confirm the delievery slot and ask if the doorway was clear . dining set came on time, the table top had a protective film. Very professional.
United StatesI have sat in the upholstered bed frame eight hours a day for two years and my lower back has stopped complaining. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.
IrelandThe cabinet itself is fine, an good size and finish. But the delivery window of eight to six turned into a missed slot, a phone call, a rearrangement, and two lost days of work for me. I did get a small voucher by way of apology.
CzechiaNerezová miska pro psa byla lehcí, nez jsem cekala, a jezdí po podlaze. Pes zere i tak
Sorry the dispatch email did not arrive. It was going to spam for some providers and that is now fixed. Thanks again, Priya
United StatesThe char came with a card telling me the wood was grown within a few hours of the workshop, and a spare felt pad for the leg. A bit of detail like that made it a gift to myself. The seat is woven paper cord, tight and even. Elderly dog likes to sleep under it, so I count that as a seal of approval.
SpainTable seats six without squeezing.
United Statesthe nest of coffee tables are solid oak throughout rather than veneer on chipboard, and the end grain proves it, The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The sideboard has survived two house moves and a set of teenagers. Genuinely pleased.
