The delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging awayy and did not leave a mark on the hall. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The table extends with a butterfly leaf that stores inside, and it sits flush when closed. Better than I expected.

United StatesFour years, no wobble
Four years, no wobble. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. I measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the shoe storage bench is ninety-three, exactly as stated. Delivery took 4, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before!!!!

United Statesrenovation survived
We are renovating a Victorian terrace with narrow sttairs and low ceilings so most furniture is a challenge. Our ordeeeeer was a double wardrobe in pieces, and the flat pack parts were short enough to go up the stairs. The instructions advised two people, and they were right. Doors are heavy, hinges adjust with one screw. Ten out of ten for suitability for older homes.

The sofa frame is kiln-dried hardwood with a fifteen-year guarantee stated on the invoice. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.

Assembly instructions warned me to leave 10 for the foam to recover its shape, and it did. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. The box was the right size fooor the contents, which is rarer than it should be!!!!

Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Kind regards, Hannah
