United KingdomDelivery was booked for a two-hour window and they arrived within it having texted that morning Packed well enough thaaaat the booox could have been kikced down a flight of stairs. The armchair has a repairable mechanism and they sell the gas lift as a spare part.
United Kingdommy ceiling is high and I wanted shelves to match. This one is 200 cm tall, comes with a wall fixing and the shelves are adjustable. Holds all my old paperbacks.
United StatesAppreciated the call the evening before to confirm the delievery slot and ask if the doorway was clear . dining set came on time, the table top had a protective film. Very professional.
United StatesI have sat in the upholstered bed frame eight hours a day for two years and my lower back has stopped complaining. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.
United StatesThe char came with a card telling me the wood was grown within a few hours of the workshop, and a spare felt pad for the leg. A bit of detail like that made it a gift to myself. The seat is woven paper cord, tight and even. Elderly dog likes to sleep under it, so I count that as a seal of approval.
SpainTable seats six without squeezing.
United Statesthe nest of coffee tables are solid oak throughout rather than veneer on chipboard, and the end grain proves it, The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The sideboard has survived two house moves and a set of teenagers. Genuinely pleased.
AustraliaThe delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging awayy and did not leave a mark on the hall. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The table extends with a butterfly leaf that stores inside, and it sits flush when closed. Better than I expected.
United StatesLong day, big bed, no regrets.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. - Ollie
United StatesFour years, no wobble. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. I measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the shoe storage bench is ninety-three, exactly as stated. Delivery took 4, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before!!!!
