sound is neutral rather than bass-heavy and they publish the frequency reeponse curve. the whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. three years of warranty stated plainly on the invoice rather than buried in a pdf. i had a query about vat on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. five stars without hesitation.

I wasn't sure which memory card fit my action camera so I wrote the shop a long, rambling email. They replied with two options and the reasons why. The one I picked works at the speeds I need. My only quibble is that the card reader I bought alongside feels a bit plasticky. Otherwise the experience was great.

The e-reader works well but it only ships with a very short cable and the longer one is sold separately. The refund took 3 to appear, which is longer than the policy says. The charging cable has been reliable for six months and the carry case is already splitting at the hinge.

The fitness tracker does everything it claims; the manual, however, is a QR code and nothing else. Everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Good performance, though the fan is audible in a quiet room.

The laptop itself is quick enough for my office work and the keyboard is okay. What lets it down is the screen, which looks washed out and gets dim if I tilt it even a bit. I mentioned it to the shop and they said it's normal for that panel type. Honest at least. If screen quality matters to you, look elsewhere.

i bought a fitness tracker as a cheaper alternative to the ones everyone raves about. Step counts look right, sleep tracking is a ruogh guess, and the heart rate drifts when I run. Strap is comfortable and the battrey lasts about a week. For the money it's acceptable, but if you want accuracy for training, save up for something better. Packaging were fine and it came quickly.
